Acid Rain

1. SO2 (sulfur dioxide) and NO (nitrogen).

2. Volcanoes and fossil fuels being created by burning coal.

3. Acid rain can cause harm to the environment and man made structures. Acid rain can cause damage to rivers,streams, and any other aquatic environments.

Fracking

1. The purpose of fracking is when water and chemicals are pushed into the ground at high pressures to break rock and release the gases in there.

2. Fracking is done by putting chemicals into water and then at a high pressure shoot them into the ground . then the water and chemicals hit a gas pocket and they put a pipe in the hole and suck up the gas.

3. People are concerned about fracking because the chemicals can be put into wells and can contaminate wells and other things around the site.

romeo and juliet

i know that it was written by shakespeare and that it was written in the 1800's. Shakespeare has written more than one play. Romeo and juliet is the most recognized play in the world.

Damming

Humans should keep damming rivers only for power and to save lives but not just to put a dam there. Like the three gorges bridge in china they moved millions of people just to put a dam there that was not a good thing to do. you shouldent move people just cause you wanna put a dam there.

flood controls

Humans should not keep damming rivers cause it can cause floods and cause harm to wildlife. They should only do it if it can save lives and save wildlife not harm it.

coal mining dangers

Coal mining is dangerous because you are in a tunnel and if the tunnel collapses then you will be trapped or killed during the collapse. The other danger is explosions. When you cut a lot of coal down from somewhere you get a lot of dust which can ignite when there is a spark or something.

Deep water horizon

I think it was the consumers fault because we are the ones asking for the oil. If we did not ask for the oil they would have never drilled for it. I think if we used wind power or something other then burning stuff we would have a better planet. Thats what I think of drilling for oil.
